Thesis

I grew up playing sports. Softball was my sport of choice. As a visual learner, I found how-to books for softball frustrating. They never had enough visuals. Videos were useless because I couldn’t practice inside, and I couldn’t take them outside. My project aims to fix this oversight. The three booklets I have designed break down basic softball movements such as throwing the ball, swinging the bat, and fielding. Each movement is broken down into eight-ten steps. The books are meant to be easy to use inside as well as outdoors by both players and coaches.
