  1. You know I can’t recall if I ever commented on your header photo – if I haven’t – I’d like to say it’s so dreamy. I’m reminded there are things out there that have been and will be for centuries to come and I’m just a flitting speck who should have the sense to slow down and enjoy the beauty while it’s mine to enjoy…

    1. Thank you. I do love the mountains for the same reason. And the ocean, for that matter, where I feel eternity the most. This photo was a bit of an accident. I took it on an iPad a couple of years ago. Yes, I was one of those geeps holding the thing up and snapping away while a couple from Alabama glared at me and a group of teenagers kept standing in the way. That’s Jenny Lake in Grand Tetons National Park. I believe the peak on the right is Grand Teton, and on the left is Middle Teton, if you’re keeping score.

        1. It is beautiful beautiful country. My preference is for the Tetons over Yellowstone by the way… your mileage may vary… Our youngest is in grad school in Montana and were going out again in a few weeks –can’t wait
