I am not schooled in the literary arts to know authors. I recognize names and some pieces of writings.
This is a great quote. Is it from him or a character of his. I write that thinking “they’re the same thing”, but that isn’t always 100% true. If it’s from the man, I’d be interested in reading more of him.

He wrote a book called “On the Road” in 1957 which made his name. He was one of a group of writers who became known as “The Beat Generation.” The books the Boomer kids in the 60’s cultural revolution read.
I’m not sure if this quote comes from that book, but I think it does.

Yes I have that book. I know a tiny tiny bit about him. My daughter read it and said it was weird. I have to read it. Does he have a blog?!? haha jk
